Filippi is a well-known restaurant in the port of Korčula on Petar Kanavelić walk, known as Zakerjan by the locals. Tables are set above the ramparts in this exceptionally attractive location, with a commanding view of the Pelješac channel and the islands of the Korčula archipelago.

The restaurant offers modern Dalmatian cuisine based on local artisan pasta and fresh herbs, used creatively in a contemporary style: healthy, delicious, visually attractive, and setting a new standard for the island and town of Korčula.

After Vanja Agić left Masterchef in 2021, Mario Mandarić invited he to become his sous chef at Kinoteka in Split, where they received a Michelin recommendation together in 2022.
Before I came here, I deepened my knowledge at Noel in Zagreb.
My vision for the Filippi restaurant is to use ingredients that have been used here since ancient times, bringing guests closer to Mediterranean cuisine in a modern way.

We promote local producers and source all our ingredients as close to home as possible.

We had a wonderful white table cloth experience at Filippi. The food is amazing, the wine stellar and the service exemplary. While it is the end of the season, the Manager treated us like we were his cherished friends out for the evening. They gave us a complimentary dessert! The restaurant is somewhat pricy for Croatia but worth it. We spent about $104, but had two salads (one with burrata cheese which I highly recommend), One beer, three glasses of wine, the truffle pasta (delish!) and we shared the grilled sea bass. We are going back for our last night here!

I tied Filippi last night with my girlfriend. The view from our table was incredible. Korčula is very beautiful there in the evening. Our waiter was very nice, friendly, attentive and helpful. We decided to skip starters and just have water and a glass of red wine with the couvert. Then for main I had the Pasta pappardelle and my girlfriend the white fish. We finished with 2 pieces of cake. It came to about 70€ which is more like the price I'd expect at home in Ireland. So we were disappointed by the value. But that said, the scenery, service and food were top class so full marks.
